PROCESSING TIME:


Processing time can take anywhere from 3-5 business days (not counting weekends) due to the personalization aspect.


SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME: ** business days (not include weekends)


Standard shipping - 4-10 business days (+ processing time)


International - Sorry, currently shipping is not available due to many new regulations and slow shipping time.


If your event is less than four weeks (within the US), it is recommend that you do not purchase since the order will not be able to be fulfilled/delivered in that timeframe - unless your time is flexible and you are ok getting it after the event). This also accounts for any issues that may arise and provides the padded time for res



RETURN / Refunds Policy (if applicable)


Due to personalization/ customization nature of these items, returns/exchage are not allowed. If items received are broken or misprinted, replacement may be possible and at times refund can be possible. Proof of broken or misprinted must be provided. Instructions will be provided once contacted within 7 days of receiving items. Once submitted, you will be notified of of the approval or rejection of your refund or reprint.
If you are approved, reprint will be process and if refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
